Churchills happily went the extra mile at every stage, from promptly finding me people to empty, decorate and clean the house beforehand to doing the final meter readings (using ladder, torch and camera) once sold. Their advice on setting a price and management of offers was excellent and I realised an excellent price in a short time and with minimum anxiety on my part. My heartfelt thanks to Louella, Jack and the others who helped me. I was particularly impressed by the fact that whoever I talked to they were right up to date with the latest developments in my case. They obviously make excellent use of their IT system to record and communicate with each other and thus with customers.
